My husband and I were first time home buyers and Haider made the process much more bearable! We had just separated from the military and were excited to buy our first home near our families. Haider really helped us understand the process and helped us deal with the stress of a difficult seller when we found the home we really wanted. He has so much great advice and is very personable! He always responds quickly and answers any questions you have in a way that really puts your mind at ease. He fought for us in getting the best deal for the home we wanted. He has also made it clear that he is here to help in any way he can after we closed. Haider is so excellent, as a first time home buyer didn’t know where to start, he educated us along away and made us feel incredibly confident in our decision, he was there anytime needed, he made us feel like we were the only client. Highly recommended to anyone willing to purchase a home in Memphis, Cordova, Bartlett… Area … You will not regret it.

Haider did an amazing job selling my wife and I’s first house! He was very professional and personable. He took the time to go over our questions in great detail as well as was able to reach almost 24/7. He even worked over the weekends/holidays with us. Haider was excellent and very thorough. He navigated this tough market with great acumen and thoughtfulness. During inspections our deal was close to falling apart and he was able to come up with a solution that satisfied both parties. Not only that, he walked me through and made clear the process of settling a 1031 exchange, something that would have been very confusing without him and Sure Title. My experience with him was amazing. I will recommend him highly and without any reservation.

Haider helped us close on the house we wanted. He was very willing to drive out and meet us at different addresses during our search.
